Prime Digital Academy
I earned my UX Design and Research Certificate from Prime Digital Academy in Minneapolis, where I strengthened my skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping in Figma, and evidence-based design decision-making.
What draws me most to UX is its ability to unite diverse disciplines and perspectives, allowing experiences and skills from every chapter of life to inform meaningful solutions.
The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe
My 20-plus years in theater have profoundly shaped my approach to design, fostering the empathy that enables me to understand users deeply and craft experiences that resonate.
At a nonprofit educational children’s theater company, I served in a variety of roles—including Product Designer, UI Designer, UX Researcher, Project Manager, and Executive Artistic Director—gaining a holistic perspective on collaboration and leadership.
Orangetheory Fitness Senior/ Head Coach
Five years as a fitness instructor taught me how to break down complex concepts into clear, achievable steps, a skill that translates directly to effective digital experiences.
Likewise, my work as a wedding officiant has centered on designing and leading deeply personal moments, reinforcing my belief that great user experiences are thoughtful, intentional, and tailored to the people they serve.
Wedding Officiating
By bringing together my backgrounds in theater, coaching, and design, I’ve become a strategic UX professional who leads with empathy and executes with precision. I thrive in collaborative environments, communicate complexity with clarity, and balance user needs with business goals.
Whether modernizing legacy systems or building new products from the ground up, I approach every challenge with curiosity, adaptability, and purpose.
